Conus puncticulatus f. columba Hwass in Bruguière, 1792
Rareté : Commune sur la côte Atlantique
Habitat : Cette espèce vit en général dans 0-1 mètres d'eau autour des herbiers.
Discussion : A Anse Chevalier, des milliers de coquilles mortes sont posées sur le sable juste devant la plage. De temps en temps on peut également récolter la forme columba.
Rarity : Common on Atlantic coast
Habitat : This species live most of the time around grass fields in 0-1 meter of water.
Discussion :

Small species found fresh dead and beached most of the time (hundreds of specimens may be laying just in front of Anse Chevalier Beach). Sometimes, the form columba may be found.


12.2 mm to 16.2 mm Fresh dead shallow water (Martinique)
